All cutting boards sold by Crafts by Bishop are handcrafted and made to order. Because wood is a natural material, each board will have unique grain patterns and color variations, and no two boards will be exactly alike. Optional engraving is custom and personalized; engraved items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Non-engraved boards are handled on a case-by-case basis if there is a workmanship issue and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier once an order has shipped. By submitting payment for an invoice, you agree to these terms.

Any personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, shipping details, or engraving text, is used only to communicate with you, process your order, and deliver your product. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required to complete payment or shipping.
